We are on day two of the January Fitness Challenge which incluces doing some burpees everyday. Some people have asked me “What the heck is a burpee?”
Here you go!
- Start from a standing position
- Jump down into a low squat, be mindful of your knees
- Step or jump your feet back into a plank position
- Step or jump your feet forward coming back into the low squat position
- Stand or take an explosive jump up from the squat position
- Jump up and let’s do some more.
