Teach Me How to Burpee

We are on day two of the January Fitness Challenge which incluces doing some burpees everyday. Some people have asked me “What the heck is a burpee?”

Here you go!

  1. Start from a standing position
  2. Jump down into a low squat, be mindful of your knees
  3. Step or jump your feet back into a plank position
  4. Pushup!
  5. Step or jump your feet forward coming back into the low squat position
  6. Stand or take an explosive jump up from the squat position
  7. Jump up and let’s do some more.
