Pilates Core/Ab Workout

 

Here’s a quick Pilates based Core/Ab workout you can do anywhere you can lay down your mat. Do anywhere from 6-10 reps of each exercise before moving on. I’m looking forward to hearing how you liked the workout. Please feel free to share and comment.

  1. I just tried it before I went on my run, it was difficult but my body always feels refreshed after a hard workout! Tomorrow I’m probably going to be really sore but it’s definitely worth it.
