Here is what I’m calling “The Best Thai Peanut Sauce”. This is an easy to whip up sauce that is great on top of veggies and quinoa.
1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter – creamy
1 Tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon of Nama Shoyu or Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Milk
1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
Dash of salt to taste
Blend or whisk all ingredients together in a big bowl and serve.
