Gentle Yoga for Back

This is a slow and gentle yoga sequence to stretch the back and help to relieve any tension. Keep your awareness on the breath, remembering to breath throughout the practice with the breath we start with in silent sitting. Inhaling for five, pause at the top of the inhalation, and exhaling for five.
