June Pilates Every Damn Day Challenge

In-10-sessions....Would you like more strength? How about more flexibility? Better posture? Then get ready to do this!! The June edition of the #PilatesEveryDamnDay Challenge starts on Monday, June 1st. Again, the goal of the challenge is to simply do at least ten minutes of Pilates every day (feel free to do more if you like). This can be mat Pilates or on any of the equipment if you have access to them.

When I created the challenge back in December I recommended doing the mat series from “The Hundred” up to “Spine Stretch Forward”. Below are the exercises with links to blog posts, which tell you more about the exercise and how to do it. If you need further assistance with the exercises and the order send me a message. I do have a video that I made for beginners that breaks all the exercises down. I’m not posting it for this challenge because I want to redo it. If I redo it soon Ill post it for the June challenge (my goal is to record, edit and post it by June 1st, but I might run a little late on that).

If you have any questions feel free to comment here or in the Facebook group. I’d love to see you on social media showcasing your workout everyday using the hashtag #PilatesEveryDamnDay and tag me!
